Eligibility and Age Limit

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

• Each person may operate only one account.
• Accounts are not transferable to third parties.

Account Registration and Security

• Multiple failed transactions from the same payment method may result in the account being reviewed.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit.

4.3 Currency and Fees

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). betvisa365 does not charge any transaction fees itself, however your payment provider may charge fees.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

betvisa365 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,200 → Total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳26,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 → Total balance ৳41,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x) before withdrawal. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• One welcome bonus applies per account.
• Bonus offers may have a time limit — the terms will be stated on the promotions page.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or device is prohibited.
• betvisa365 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel bonus offers at any time.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Policy

All bets placed on betvisa365 are final and non-withdrawable, unless incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error on the platform. In such cases, betvisa365 reserves the right to cancel the bet or reset it at the correct odds.

6.2 Game Fairness

All casino games on betvisa365 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Fair play is ensured on our platform and game outcomes are completely impartial.

6.3 Sports Betting

• Bets can be placed on popular sports including cricket, football and kabaddi.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bet settlement will follow the applicable rules.
• In the event of a technical disruption during live betting, betvisa365's decision is final.
• If an unusually large amount wagered on an event appears suspicious, betvisa365 may review it.

6.4 Dispute Resolution

If there is a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, contact us via our 24/7 live chat or email within 72 hours of the event. betvisa365's decision will be considered final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Money Laundering: Using funds obtained from illegal sources on the platform.
• Cheating and Fraud: Using any deceptive method in any game or betting process.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account by the same person.
• Bots and Automation: Using automated software, bots or scripts.

Account Suspension and Termination

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Limitation of Liability
